Server and panel were having connection issues for several days due to a Ddos. Management blamed it on a massive Ddos that affected half the internet. Not true because my old server host that's in the same location as them didn't experience any issues. Support is very slow to answer. Moreover, they're not friendly.Update: I refuse to give them my personal information for obvious reasons.
Expensive and god awful performance.Not only was i cohered into getting a plan with them their performance was absolutely outrageous for the price.Panel is constantly down + support is next to none+ ADDITIONA staff member decided to reach out and reveal personal information stating i asked for it! (An official staff member within the discord which posted to twitter)Unacceptable
I have used PrismNodes for many months now to host my Minecraft server known as Ari SMP Season 4, and I have to say they have been fantastic. When I first started thinking about hosting, I was pretty anxious about hosting a Minecraft server. However, these fellas are doing it right! Each time I submitted a ticket, I received a response no later than 3-5 minutes later, which is exponentially better than Pebble's. I also found my server incredibly stable. I had concerns since my players are spending man hours building, and I didn't want to have a shutdown or crash! I thought there was a period early on that something was weird with the server, but it turned out it was running perfect! I have had no issues with uptime.The website and control panel work well, and I am always able to access everything at a moment's notice. There was maybe one brief time I was worried that their site was down, but by that time I had a few viewers on Twitch waiting to connect into their first Minecraft server, and it was back up before I could even countdown to the launch. Their website has not gone down since.The ticket system is great. I can make support tickets with no issues and they document everything well. I have never had any issues with duplicate tickets or something not being documented.My entire Minecraft SMP community is enamored with the performance of the server. No lag complaints, great connection quality, and certainly everyone has said it feels very responsive in-game. With a modded server, that remains very important, because they can get resource heavy.Overall, PrismNodes has made running my server way easier than I imagined possible. Good prices, reliable service, and really helpful support staff. Huge thanks to Ben Zhao who helped me out multiple times and always knew exactly what to do. I would absolutely use PrismNodes again for future seasons and would recommend them to other server owners!
I would rate lower, but zero stars isn't possible. TLDR: They have terrible service, made bad excuses. And when i tried to get a refund for the terrible service and rude employees. I was denied. Literal scam artists.DO NO USE PRISM NODESWatch them try to pin the blame on me. because it's never their fault (it completely is)PS: the 5 star review with the same name is NOT me. It is an imposter. Probably someone they paidEdit: no, it was taken down cuz I accidentally left in something I meant to delete which was telling people to go to a different service provider. Also, I've shown all the messages and interactions I've had with your company and employees, and every single one of them have agreed that you guys are in the wrong. Trust me. If it was worth my time and effort, I would honestly have taken you idiots to court.
