I received a defective item and returned it. Unfortunately, the seller does not follow their advertised return policy, which claims that return shipping costs for defective items will be refunded. I haven't received a full refund, and now my polite emails are being ignored. Very poor customer service and professionalism. I advise proceeding with caution.
