I found the ordering process to be simple and straightforward. My product arrived on time, within 4 working days. I bought a second-generation pair of wireless earbuds for under £50, which was very convenient and a great deal.
I ordered two pairs of these earbuds for my daughters who are traveling. I was informed that delivery would take 3 to 5 working days, just in time for one of their departures. However, on the fifth day, they still hadn't arrived, prompting me to purchase new pairs directly from a well-known brand with next-day delivery. Surprisingly, the two pairs arrived the next day, just as I needed them, but since I had already engraved the new ones, I couldn't cancel the order. I had to return these earbuds without opening them. I reached out through chat, and the support team was quick to respond every time, exploring various solutions. Ultimately, they agreed to refund me without any hassle once the items were returned. I never got to see the earbuds, just the sealed boxes, but I must commend the service I received, especially considering the timing around the holidays.
AVOID THIS SERVICE - THEY SELL COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS This is my final notice. The two sets of wireless earbuds you sold me are fake. I took them to a certified technician, who confirmed several clear signs that they are indeed poor imitations, including the following: 1. Poor lid construction with a loose and inferior fit
2. Extremely low sound quality
3. Serial numbers on the packaging are applied with stickers; genuine products have laser-printed serial numbers.
4. The serial number on your packaging has already been reported at multiple locations by other concerned customers checking authenticity
5. Most concerning, I ordered two sets, delivered in the same package, and both boxes have the EXACT SAME SERIAL NUMBERS, which proves they are not authentic - genuine serial numbers are unique to each device. Due to this, I have already had to purchase two genuine replacements directly from the manufacturer, receipt attached, redacted. Shame on you as a business. Selling this subpar merchandise while advertising it as genuine is unacceptable, especially when families are purchasing gifts for the holidays. Passing off cheap counterfeit items as authentic is completely intolerable and indefensible. This is my final communication before escalating the matter to the appropriate authorities.

If you overlook these issues, they function just as average earbuds with decent sound quality and connectivity. Additionally, I received a tracking ID that belonged to someone else, leading to a lot of confusion. On a positive note, the support team was quick to respond to my inquiries, which was helpful. Overall, this has not been a satisfactory experience, and these are certainly not original refurbished earbuds.

I received a defective item and returned it. Unfortunately, the seller does not follow their advertised return policy, which claims that return shipping costs for defective items will be refunded.
