There is no active noise cancellation, no compatible charging, and the voice assistant does not respond or read notifications. If you overlook these issues, they function just as average earbuds with decent sound quality and connectivity. Additionally, I received a tracking ID that belonged to someone else, leading to a lot of confusion. On a positive note, the support team was quick to respond to my inquiries, which was helpful. Overall, this has not been a satisfactory experience, and these are certainly not original refurbished earbuds.
