I had my bathroom completely renovated, but right from the start, I encountered a leak from the hot water supply pipe. It began as a minor drip that I only noticed when it started leaking through my neighbor's ceiling. I reached out to the service to rectify the issues caused by the installer, who damaged my door during the process. The trim isn't properly fitted around the hinges, and the shower faucet has rusted due to poor sealing. Parts of the PVC also look unprofessional. A manager assessed the situation but claimed they couldn't assist since it’s out of warranty, which is disappointing considering the poor workmanship from the beginning.
