I had my bathroom completely supplied and fitted, but from the start, I've dealt with a leak from the hot water supply pipe. It began as a small drip, which I only noticed when it leaked through my neighbor's ceiling. I tried to get the service to fix issues caused by the installer, who left my door damaged. The trim isn’t properly fitted around the hinges, and the shower faucet has rusted due to poor sealing. Even part of the PVC looks messy. A manager came to assess the situation but said they wouldn’t help since it’s out of warranty, which is disappointing given the poor workmanship from the outset.

This company is a complete disaster. Their customer service is appalling. Three different people were sent to perform a simple silicone job in the bathroom. The elderly technician struggled and ended up applying silicone over old material, which then molded. They ignored my messages for months, then stated they would charge me for the work. I gave them multiple chances. After I left a negative review, they deleted it and blocked me. If you're considering this service, save your money and look elsewhere.
We just renovated our bathroom, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I am delighted with the final result. All the staff were a pleasure to work with, and the installation was smooth. The installer left no mess, and all rubbish was collected within two days. Highly recommend this service!
I strongly advise you to steer clear of this service. I had my bathroom installed over a year ago, and despite initial delivery issues with incorrect items, I remained hopeful. The installation took much longer than expected, and I had to call them back shortly after to fix a leak. After moving back in, the shower developed a leak affecting my downstairs neighbor. They sent someone to apply silicone, but it only lasted a month before the leak returned. An independent review revealed substandard fitting, leading me to have to install a new bathroom. While prices may appear reasonable, it’s not worth it.
I urge you to stay away! After having my bathroom transformed, I raised concerns about the finishing touches. While they addressed some cosmetic issues, the team arrived with excuses and insisted on payment before leaving. Upon checking their bank details, my bank couldn’t confirm them, forcing me to pay the worker directly. Shortly after, I discovered dangerous electrical issues that the installation caused. I am hesitant to contact them again after the intimidation I faced, and I plan to escalate this matter.
My mother had a bathroom fitted last year, and initially, it looked great. However, after a couple of months, the floor cracked, leading to ongoing issues. Despite numerous scheduled appointments with the installer, he missed 17 of them. My mother had to cancel plans repeatedly, and the excuses were endless. Ultimately, after much delay, the floor was replaced, but it still has issues. Promises were made to send a surveyor, but now all communication has ceased. We are considering escalating this situation further.
