However, I was later informed by a consultant that the total surgery cost would be around ₹85,000–₹90,000, which I agreed to. The surgery went well, but the discharge process revealed a final bill of ₹1,03,719, which was shocking. When I questioned management, they irresponsibly directed me to my consultant. After waiting for clarification, I was told the difference was due to insurance deductions, and it would not be refunded. The consultant's tone was rude and unprofessional. No one from management addressed my concerns afterward. Overall, my experience with management was very poor, despite the good treatment from the doctor. I suggest choosing a hospital that is transparent and professional.
