I’ve been using PrivateVPN for a few years without any problems. However, several weeks ago many servers went down, including all the Italian ones. I mainly use the VPN to access Italian content, which was the main reason I chose this service. Despite this, the Italian servers are still shown as active on the PrivateVPN website.I contacted customer service a couple of times, but they couldn’t provide any time frame for when the servers will be restored. I asked to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but they said this situation doesn’t qualify for one.So now I’m paying for a VPN I can’t use, and I have to buy another one that actually works. After years as a satisfied customer, I’m quite disappointed.
