Disgusting and lack of care. We recently had a wheel chair accessible vehicle for my sister transported from WA to Vic with Prixcar. The Prixcar vehicle condition report when it left WA did not indicate any damage in the upper left front corner of the car, this damage was clearly caused during transportation. Prixcar have now twice refused to accept the damage during transport. We are now being told "Prixcar does not provide insurance cover for transported vehicles" yet the team member has "Insurance Claims" on their email signature. Your organisation should hang your head in shame you would treat someone this way.
