Prixcar booked an appointment (phone & SMS confirmed) for collection after the office closed. Having driven 1 hour to collect, had to return next morning again. Infuriating the matter was they blamed the Dealer (who had nothing to do with the matter ). I asked for compensation and was told to contact dealer. when pushed apparently a manager was going to call me but, surprise surprise, no call was received. its not rocket science....errors are made but a small token to admit the mistake and compensate for fuel would have calmed the matter immediately but nooooo.....we will argue and blame others!!
