The car was delivered sooner than expected which was great but after following up on scratch marks and a broken spotlight glass —- I was told that they cannot replace/ repair…. even though i had photos of the condition of the car prior to dropping st their depot. Disappointed in your service.I had a mediator from Prixcar contact me through email last week Friday 14/07/23, advising that she’s looking into the issue. 5 days later and I have have not heard back from the mediator nor received any replies from Prixcar since.
