Terrible experience. Car arrived severely damaged transported from QLD to NSW, was shocked and devastated to see my car arrive in this state. Damage was quoted as $8000-9000 by 2 independent garages, as well mould & rust due to the compromised trunk lid.
Lengthy claims process, had to organise repairs / gather quotes ourselves. Was difficult to reach them to communicate. This incident put me out of a car for 3 months, right before I start a new job.
Would not recommend this company. From other reviews, it appears I am not the only one. I understand mistakes happen but considering the multiple incidences and general lack of accountability & apology, this comes across as pure carelessness.
