I have previously received my gift cards with no issues, but recently, I've had around 8 cards marked as processed that were never sent to my email. I've reached out multiple times, but only received a couple of responses, and the matter remains unresolved. Additionally, I can't verify my email on their site despite multiple attempts. I'm very disappointed with how this situation is being handled.
