I have not received the $50 gift card that I selected from my winnings. The platform instructed me to pick a card and promised to email me with the details, but it has been a long time and despite my repeated emails, I have received no response.
The platform refused to honor the gift card, and customer support stated that since I had already selected a gift card and received a code, they couldn't assist me further. I provided emails showing the card was invalid, but they were unhelpful. It's evident that this has been an ongoing issue, and now I feel like I've lost $165.
I've been a loyal customer, purchasing over a dozen e-gift cards without any problems. However, I strongly advise against purchasing the TripGift Card. I spent $1,000, and my experience has not been satisfactory. Despite my long history of spending with them, they refused to exchange the card, showing a lack of care for my situation. I have faced personal challenges, yet my loyalty seems unrecognized, and I may not return.
I'm quite disappointed with the support team. Initially, they replied quickly to my email request but after following their steps, nothing changed. My cards are on hold, and I can't redeem my codes. After that first reply, communication stopped. I feel like my money is at risk. I urge caution when dealing with this company. If my issue gets resolved, I will update my review positively. Update: Support eventually replied, and the issue was resolved.
