Unskilled and unprofessional individuals! They hire other low-quality companies for repairs. If I could give no stars, I would. Two months after signing the lease, repairs remain unfinished. No response to emails, and I was told the property is livable despite exposed wiring. There's significant dust in the non-functional ventilation, uninsulated windows, a damaged mailbox, and trash in the storage area... marketed as an "after construction" property. I've never encountered such a poorly managed place where repairs are still pending after two months, yet they continue to charge rent. It's shocking that landlords choose this entity for property management. I refuse to pay anything for the subpar service they provide. Avoid them at all costs. Best of luck.
