Horrible company! I have called to their SERVICE DESK to things multiple things in the house that are broken and got zero help just told to send pictures but not telling me what pictures to send. It also takes them months to send anyone to fix things... (door of the building was broken for two months, now light in the rubbish room and bike room is broken, basically something is always broken) Nalini or whatever her name is, was super rude, unprofessional and point-blank mean. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Two months after signing the rental lease, there are still numerous unfinished repairs. They do not respond to emails and claim the property is livable, despite exposed wiring hanging from the wall. There is 5cm of dust in the non-functional ventilation of the hygiene facilities, poorly insulated windows, a completely damaged mailbox, and trash in the storage area. This was advertised as a property ready "after construction." I've never encountered such a disgusting place where repairs remain incomplete after two months, yet they still demand rent. It’s shocking that landlords would choose this service for property management. I will not pay anything for the unprofessional service they offer. Avoid this company at all costs. Best of luck!

We've been renting in this city for 2.5 years, and everything has been quite satisfactory. The rental market here is tough, but the management is quick to respond and sends qualified professionals when necessary. They are transparent and fair regarding rental costs. While they do raise prices annually, I believe that’s more of a general market issue than a specific problem with them.

I had an agreement for the lease, but during the final signing process, I was abruptly dismissed due to an arbitrary dislike of my communication style. The process at this company is unprofessional, pressuring potential tenants into agreements without proper discussions and expecting payment upfront. They exploit the desperate market situation and their power position. I would rate them 0/10 and cannot recommend interacting with them.
The management, or the landlord they represent, renovated other units without adequate soundproofing. Life here has become unbearable. Eight weeks ago, I reached out to them, and they stated they would do nothing. Seven weeks ago, I requested proof of legal renovations, and six weeks ago they promised to send it within four weeks, but it has never arrived. They have since ignored my emails. After ten years as tenants, we are treated poorly. Their focus seems to be on new tenant commissions rather than caring for existing ones. We were transferred to this management after many years, and we would never have rented from a company whose own website indicates they prioritize landlords over tenants.
