We've been renting in this city for 2.5 years, and everything has been quite satisfactory. The rental market here is tough, but the management is quick to respond and sends qualified professionals when necessary. They are transparent and fair regarding rental costs. While they do raise prices annually, I believe that’s more of a general market issue than a specific problem with them.
