The management, or the landlord they represent, renovated other units without adequate soundproofing. Life here has become unbearable. Eight weeks ago, I reached out to them, and they stated they would do nothing. Seven weeks ago, I requested proof of legal renovations, and six weeks ago they promised to send it within four weeks, but it has never arrived. They have since ignored my emails. After ten years as tenants, we are treated poorly. Their focus seems to be on new tenant commissions rather than caring for existing ones. We were transferred to this management after many years, and we would never have rented from a company whose own website indicates they prioritize landlords over tenants.
