Extremely unprofessional and lacking in skill! They subcontract low-quality companies for repairs. If I could give zero stars, I would. Two months after signing the rental lease, there are still numerous unfinished repairs. They do not respond to emails and claim the property is livable, despite exposed wiring hanging from the wall. There is 5cm of dust in the non-functional ventilation of the hygiene facilities, poorly insulated windows, a completely damaged mailbox, and trash in the storage area. This was advertised as a property ready "after construction." I've never encountered such a disgusting place where repairs remain incomplete after two months, yet they still demand rent. It’s shocking that landlords would choose this service for property management. I will not pay anything for the unprofessional service they offer. Avoid this company at all costs. Best of luck!
