Having just had my home build and renovation completed I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that worked on the project and to feedback on our experience.The scale of the project was not far off having the whole house rebuilt and so it would have been daunting without a build partner like Probuild. Our entire project felt like we were taken on a journey. We weren’t the builders, or doing any of the work, but we were made to feel like we were part of the team. Being surrounded by people that are so knowledgeable, was very reassuring. Like in all houses, there are quirky things that require clear communication between the teams. In ours, there is a small arch detail feature that could easily have been ignored but it has been done so well. Because everything is in one place at ProBuild, it was just easy.Everything, from the finishes to the teams, is just of a great quality. I remember coming in and seeing the plasterers working on the walls, and I just thought “he is plastering like his life depends on it”. It was obvious that he was great at his job, but it was the attention to detail - the genuine care about whether my wall was flat - that has stuck with me. You don’t see care like that very often.The absolute headache for me with this project would have been trying to find a kitchen place, trying to find a this or that, managing builders that were either behind or ahead.
