Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

I encountered a highly disappointing situation. The service was unprofessional and poorly managed. They canceled on the same day as the appointment and notified me just 30 minutes before the scheduled time. This led to unnecessary frustration and a waste of my time. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

More of a lesson than a criticism

More of a lesson than a criticism! They never checked thermostat! Had they at the end of their furnace check, actually turned up the thermostat, they’d have found that the furnace wasn’t working as the temp in my place was 62 degrees at 8 am and the thermostat was set at 66! I found that they had turned off the furnace but not turned it back on! Other than that, they were very informative and courteous!
