Excellent company. Great staff. Had adhd last year and this year autism assessment. Very thorough and helpful staff. Fully explained all. Highly recommend their services, and wish i knew sooner (thanks to random reddit users who advised)
The process culminated in an hours-long session with Georgia today - who was again another excellent staff member, who helped me immensely. A credit to the staff
Thanks again for your excellent service and helping me through this process
I had a very pleasant conversation and felt like they took my symptoms serious despite me functioning quite well. I was worried about getting an ADHD diagnosis being a woman who works as a researcher at a university but they listened carefully and understood that I can do what I do by compensating and that that comes with a high price. The assessment was also much sooner than expected, just a few weeks.
I was struggling and referred by my GP. Problem Shared made the experience of getting diagnosed with ADHD as least overwhelming as it could be. They understood my anxiety about difficult situations and helped me through it.
Thank you for finally getting me some answers!
My clinician was very kind and even though I was nervous about the assessment she did a good job of making me feel at easy, after the assessment ai was well informed of what was going to happen next. I would happily and confidently recommend them to anyone.
This was for an ADHD assessment. The assessment process was easy and not confusing. I received email reminders for any forms that I had to fill out and the forms were thorough but not excessively long - which was a great help. The assessment itself lasted two hours and my assessor was lovely throughout, making the assessment easy to handle. I would definitely recommend them, based on my experience.
Going through this process wasn’t the easiest for someone who has attention difficulties and also getting a task completed (filling out the boxes about yourself and identifying the barriers you face daily)
Problemshared gave many reminders about upcoming events/appointments which was very helpful. Also when sitting in the assessment the support which Ben (my
assessor) gave me was fantastic. He listened, he supported my answers and also gave examples to why I may do things a certain way throughout the assessment.
I would highly recommend problemshared as they are there to listen and support you, rather then make you feel like your crazy, and try to get the assessment done as fast as possible.
My assessor provided invaluable assistance for a late diagnosis, following various speculations from others and myself. He was compassionate, clear in his communication, and an engaging conversationalist. He truly made the process feel much less daunting, easing my own anxieties. He is a true asset to the profession, and I am very grateful for his support.
I underwent an ADHD assessment and found the pre-assessment process a bit overwhelming, but I received support and guidance throughout, along with numerous reminder emails that were very helpful. The video call assessment was intimidating for me since I'm not comfortable with calls, but my assessor made me feel at ease. Overall, it was a positive experience, including the post-assessment support like webinars. I'm glad I chose this service after my GP's referral. Thank you!
The initial evaluation helped determine whether I would proceed to further assessments for autism, ADHD, or both. Overall, the questionnaires were straightforward to fill out, though questions regarding my childhood posed some challenges, particularly for my informants. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end, with clear communication about what to expect at each step. My assessors were attentive, allowing me the necessary time and demonstrating patience throughout. I received my diagnosis and information on available support moving forward.
The experience has been wonderful so far. Every individual I've interacted with (including the assessor and the support team) has been kind and helpful. Although I had to wait a few days for a final decision due to clinician availability, this is understandable, especially in December. I've received numerous email reminders for upcoming events that I would have missed otherwise, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service appears to truly prioritize its clients in its design, exceeding my expectations.
