I recently purchased my printer bundle.Firstly, I am in Australia and delivery was very quick with constant communication regarding customs clearance and procedure. From order to delivery, it was received in perfect condition within 2 weeks with customer service also helping save me any customs fees for value of product.Secondly, printer setup was extremely easy with "how to" videos for every step along the way which were very easy to follow along with. Thirdly, following setup, I had some trouble with how my images were printing and then baking. I was able to msg customer support and send pictures where required to show them each issue. I had 3 separate issues I was dealing with and customer support replied with lengthy, in depth explanations as to why I was having issues and how to overcome them. So far, I am very happy with the service provided and at this stage, would recommend the products from the experience I have had throughout the whole process.
