I recently purchased my K13 Lite Printer and Smokeless Oven bundle. I am very happy with the service provided and at this stage, would recommend the products from the experience I have had throughout the whole process. There was a small delay with delivery but that was expected. Thank you Procolored and keep up the great work.
After reporting an issue, their engineers instructed me to cut tubes and dismantle parts of the machine because they couldn’t diagnose the problem. After following their directions, the printer became completely inoperable. Now I’m expected to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping to send it back for repairs and pay again to have it returned.There was no solution, no accountability, and no support once their troubleshooting failed. For an expensive machine, this level of after-sale service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Procolored.

Please research other companies before purchasing from this one.If you’re planning to invest $7,000 in a printer, this is not the company you should trust with your money.I purchased a DTF UV printer, and the experience has been nothing but frustration from start to finish. I spent two full days on customer service online chat just trying to install the film. Every agent gave me a different solution. I was forced to remove glue residue from the machine five separate times, each taking about an hour.Once the printer was finally set up, I discovered the RIP software has no tutorials. No videos. No walkthroughs. No onboarding. When I asked customer service for help, they sent me a PDF file. When I requested a video tutorial, they said none exist. I then asked if the printer could be used with other software (like Adobe), and the agents didn’t know. Eventually, I was told the printer only works with their proprietary software, which is not widely known — yet there are no proper learning resources to use it. That’s unacceptable for a product at this price point. ($7000)When I tried to return the printer, I was told returns are only accepted if the box is unopened and within 7 days of receiving it. The problem? The printer is shipped in multiple boxes, and you can’t even begin setup until everything arrives. It takes at least 1–2 days just to assemble and install before you can even test it. On top of that, there were no assembly instructions for the stand, and I had to hire someone just to install it.Between the film issues, software issues, lack of documentation, poor customer support, and restrictive return policy, this has been a complete waste of time and money.There are too many other companies offering better machines, better support, better pricing, and real training resources for anyone to waste their money here. This company has terrible post-sale support, no proper onboarding, and no infrastructure for customers who actually want to use their equipment professionally.Garbage experience. Garbage support. Not worth the investment.If you are reading this and you still decide to buy from this company remember you read this when you cannot get the help you need.
Everytime I have an issue I'm able to connect with customer service and immediately my issue is resolved. I've needed tech support a few times in the beginning to get me going and today my printed decided to un install???? I do not understand why but my issue none the less is resolved! Very please with my purchase.
I recently purchased my printer bundle.Firstly, I am in Australia and delivery was very quick with constant communication regarding customs clearance and procedure. From order to delivery, it was received in perfect condition within 2 weeks with customer service also helping save me any customs fees for value of product.Secondly, printer setup was extremely easy with "how to" videos for every step along the way which were very easy to follow along with. Thirdly, following setup, I had some trouble with how my images were printing and then baking. I was able to msg customer support and send pictures where required to show them each issue. I had 3 separate issues I was dealing with and customer support replied with lengthy, in depth explanations as to why I was having issues and how to overcome them. So far, I am very happy with the service provided and at this stage, would recommend the products from the experience I have had throughout the whole process. Thank you Procolored and keep up the great work.
Don’t buy this junk. I’m here to warn everyone that my brand new just out of the crate is jamming. I took lots of videos working with Procolored and the customer service sucks. Spent 3 hours online with them and they disappeared and it is not fixed. They want me to open a brand new printer, take it apart and get a zip tie to fix a defective spring. I have so much evidence because I recorded that video they said for me to use. I am so mad, and anyone who spends thousands of there hard earned money for JUNK, would be mad too. I told the so called customer service that if they were in my shoes, wouldn’t you be pissed? Until the refund my money I am going to hit there sales every single chance I get. If I could I would be zero stars.
I had an issue with printing on my Procolored printer and contacted the customer service team. They are very patient and took the time to troubleshoot until the problem was fixed. There instructions included step by step videos that made it easier to fix my problem. Great service!
