RETRACTED REVIEW.
I recently gave Pro Cook Eastbourne a very poor review due to the poor handling of a refund for faulty goods.
I am now pleased to say that I completely retract that review. I returned to the store on Easter Monday and explained to the manager, Joe that it was now almost three months since I had returned my goods but hadn't yet received a refund. Joe took this in hand and promised to get to the bottom of why we hadn't received the promised refund then went over and above expectations and came and found us in a nearby coffee shop and told us he would process the refund himself.
I am pleased to say that the money has now arrived in my bank account.
