Bought one of the new cast iron casserole dishes. Looks great but followed the cooking instructions to add oil and spices. Cooked a simple vegetation meal. All good until cleaning. Left to soak after cooling, no joy. Used silicone cloth still no joy. Probably the worst non stick pan we have ever bought. Left to soak overnight. Still got black stuck on areas. Called the helpline to be told that as it's used nothing they can do. I'm not sure what you are supposed to do, maybe just keep it to look nice. Luckily paid by card so the card provider are cancelling payment. Really disappointing as looks great.
