A pair of Adidas tennis shoes was purchased in January, within 2 months of light use the side of the shoes split. After contacting customer services and explaining the issue they effectively washed their hands of the matter. Being an online retailer it is very hard to hold them to account for the poor customer services and their exchange / refund policy. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company.
