A great company to deal with, quick delivery - just a shame the trainers did not suit (but not their fault!). However, a very simple returns process and one of the quickest refunds I've received. Thank you for being an honorable company. Would definitely recommend.

I strongly advise against ordering from Pro:Direct Sport if you live outside the UK. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a pair of boots with an expected delivery date, but they arrived in Hong Kong two days late via FedEx (WAREHOUSE). The tracking claimed a delivery attempt was made in the morning mid night where ever one is sleeping, yet there was no proof and no proper notification to compromise re attempt of delivery. Since then, my parcel has been stuck at the Hong Kong Post facility for nearly two weeks with no resolution. To make matter worst, if you call FEDEX FIC they can only say logistic can be contacted by shipper but after reaching the cs of pro direct, they told me they would only open an investigation if the delivery still hadn’t been completed after 40 days. Waiting that long for action is unacceptable. This is not the level of service I expect when paying for international shipping and buying from a reputable brand overseas in UK !

Save yourself the frustration—buy from your local store instead.

Placed an order on Monday and paid for Premium Delivery (by Friday). Although today is only Thursday, I became concerned as I’ve received no dispatch confirmation or tracking information.

I contacted Live Chat, who were very unhelpful, simply stating that my order is “being processed” and will be dispatched “soon”. I was then told they have moved to a new system and have a huge backlog — information that is not mentioned anywhere on the website. They are clearly happy to take your money for premium delivery while leaving you completely in the dark about when your order will actually arrive.

A simple email explaining the delay and apologising would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left chasing my order, second-guessing the delivery, and questioning whether this is even a legitimate website.

I asked for a refund on the delivery due to the uncertainty, but was told “you can get a refund for the order if you return it once it’s been delivered”, despite them being unable to tell me when that will be.

Very poor communication and customer service. I would definitely not recommend.

Response below states it'll be with me tomorrow 13/02/2026 however I've just received an email to advise by 17/02/2026 - Paid for premium delivery and could receive the goods 8 days later. Id recommend ordering from another company.

In-Store Availability Beats Official Shop

They had the product available in-store, unlike my experience with the official shop. The communication was friendly, and they addressed all my inquiries while keeping me informed about my order status, even while I was overseas.

Order mix-up with no resolution

I ordered 2 pairs of football boots for £300. Instead, I received a parcel containing someone else's items. My boots were nowhere to be found. I contacted the support team, and two days later, they instructed me to return the incorrect items, stating that if they were satisfied upon inspection, I might get a refund. However, I never received my order, and there was nothing wrong with what I received. Returning what was sent to me would only result in a refund for someone else's order, not mine!

Unacceptable Service and No Refund

I canceled my order and was promised a refund within a specified timeframe. That time has elapsed, yet I have not received any refund. My repeated attempts to reach out to customer service via email have gone unanswered. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it to external consumer protection organizations and pursue further action. This level of service is intolerable, and I demand a swift resolution.

Fantastic first experience with the service!

This was my initial order with the service and I was extremely satisfied. I purchased some personalized football boots for my son, and I received regular updates throughout the process. They arrived promptly with complimentary items that my son adored 🤩 I couldn't be more thrilled! Highly recommended!

Order still not received, very concerning...

I have yet to receive my order. These boots are at the top of my son's Christmas list, and I'm starting to worry that they won't be under the tree. I can't afford to spend another £100 on a replacement until I get refunded. I've been informed that a shipping notification will come soon, but still nothing!
