Ordered some Airforce 1s
Of course I am from outside of UK so UK VAT should not have been charged but they did it anyway or alternatively they should of charged the correct VAT and send it as DPP package which was not done as well.
So my package is now stuck in customs and I am asked to pay VAT on top again for full amount which is BS.
Also my order can not be found as they did some website upgrade and don't have access to proper invoice as well, no live chat available or even phone customer service and this customer service via email only is shit.
