They’re selling legitimate good stuff. However, their customer service is practically nonexistent; there’s no reachable support channel at all.
I purchased a Nike Kobe Basketball Pleated Top, but when it arrived, it was way too big for me. Every attempt to initiate a return or exchange has been completely fruitless. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m starting to regret buying from them.
This was my first (and likely last) time shopping with them. Given how completely unresponsive and incommunicado they are, I won’t be patronizing them again.
