Returns processing is too long and frustrating.. good quality of Nike knitted jacket, its only too small for me and i intend getting a bigger size but no exchange option, so i return thinking ill order my a size bigger after the return is reimbursed. I even had to pay £3 for the return label, the company ]acknowledged its on its way to them on 05/03/20226 and received it on 09/03/2026, yet no refund.. 1st time of buying, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again and I'll be escalating it through Klarna.
