Football boots not delivered despite the app saying they were. No email comms after the first email from them, when boots were first ordered. Emails sent to ask about the issue came back as undeliverable. Only available way to communicate with them is a chat bot in the morning so not very accessible. So we have no boots and no way of speaking to anyone about the issue.
