While the videos are educational, get ready for a fight when you are ready to cancel. I signed up for the 12 month contract. When the 12 months ended, I wanted to cancel my subscription. I encountered a lot of difficulty logging into the billing portion of the subscription. I could easily watch the videos, but couldn’t manage my billing. As it turns out, a separate account was needed to do this. However, in order to actually cancel your subscription, you need to email support, which in of itself is problematic. After going through many emails, and high pressure sales tactics, (We want to offer you a once in a life time low price only available now) I was told my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again. Well, this month rolled around and guess who got charged again! Me. I got charged again. It should NOT be this difficult to cancel a subscription. I sent them yet another email, but this definitely warrants a trip to my bank.Update: I did receive a prompt response and they refunded me, assured me there would be no further billing and issued me a free month. I do appreciate the quick service. Some companies intentionally make canceling very difficult, whereas other companies simply have inefficient systems in place. It’s hard to tell which is the case here. Regardless, I’ve never had so much difficulty canceling a subscription and that’s disappointing.
