I have recently purchased one of their courses with promises that "Once you purchase this course, you can sign in and download all videos and assets." After 7 days, I got an email stating that my rental over the course has expired. The course also disappeared from my library. I tried to reach them through email but no response. I still have 2 more courses in my library from the past but never was able to download. I DO NOT recommend buying from them anymore. They must have been good in the beginning, but this site is almost like a phantom website.

most disappointing experiences

I recently purchased a course from this website, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had online. Despite the website looking professional and promising, the course was poorly structured and lacked the value I expected. If you’re considering purchasing from them, I highly recommend thinking twice. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful website—your money would be better spent elsewhere. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this course to anyone

I wish I could give this company a minus as they are taking customers' money and not providing the goods. They are also not replying to any emails or messages being sent. I am looking into where they can be reported to. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Unable to cancel- Customer Service will not answer

I have been trying to cancel subscription for an extended period but customer service will not respond to my request for cancellation. Beware of the this company. Check their Facebook and you will see that this is a common thing.

Dont do the 7 day trial. They will ignore your emails to cancel.

I wish I could give zero stars. I did the 7 day trial and repeatedly emailed them to cancel, but they still charged me. Now I'm having to dispute the charge.

Ordered a product and can't download

Ordered a product 8 hours ago, the back end of their website is down so it lets you place your order and take your money but then you can't actually download it.Every email address bounces back saying you have to log in to contact them (which you can't as the website is down) and their help desk links to a Zendesk account which is no longer in use so I'm not sure if their even operating anymore.

Unable to cancel Membership. Will not return emails.

I purchased a 1 year subscription. Before my year was up I went to cancel the membership before it renewed. Turns out the ONLY way to cancel is to send and email at least 30 days!!!! before it renews. I have sent multiple emails to the supposed email to cancel and have not got a reply. My account auto renewed even though I emailed before my subscription renewed and to date I've not got a reply. There is no other way to cancel the membership or contact the company except for the emails which they don't reply to.

Asked not to renew but they took £299…

Asked not to renew but they took £299 anyway and will not respond to multiple emails trying to get my money back. I have now had to seek legal action to recover the funds they took from my card.
