After a terrible experience with Synoptik, I booked an appointment for contact lenses with Profil Optic in Rønne. Two days before my appointment it was cancelled with no explanation, another appointment was booked for me at a very inconvenient time in the morning on a random date, no phone call no apology.I called and wrote to them but no answer. I will not go to the appointment nor contact them again. Its zero stars from me.My original appointment was Friday 1at 14.00 - lazy employees probably cannot be bothered to work Friday afternoon and do not provide any customer service for new customers. I can only conclude that the have no interest....
