On Facebook, Profil Optik continuously spammed me with promotions and ads, until I finally bit when some Ray-Ban's went on sale online with 1-5 days free delivery.I purchased the glasses (not cheap, by the way) 9 days ago and had not had any news regarding my purchase. Finally, today I wrote to Customer Support and asked what happened. This was their very "professional" response: "Hello Eduardo. I can see, that we don't have the sunglasses in stock right now. But we have but in an order, for our supplier, yesterday. So i think we will, be able to ship them in about 1-2 weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience. "Are you kidding me!? Amateur hour. Stay away from their webshop!
