Paid nearly $70 for a bouquet that supposed to be delivered yesterday. No tracking information was provided so I reached out to customer service in the chat. The person blamed UPS for the delay but when he shared a tracking number it showed that UPS was not in possession of the order. Blamed UPS when it wasn't their fault. Only told it would be delivered "ASAP". Why would anyone pay this much money only to have the flowers not be delivered? This company is BS.
