Terrible. Ordered flowers as a congratulations. Picked a bouquet that could be delivered same day to a business. Ordered in the early a.m. Waited for notification it had been delivered until about 3:45 p.m ... Business closed at 5 and recipient would be gone. Since I want notified of delivery, I called and was told some weird gobbledygook about the driver was out 2 hours ago and blah blah blah. Sounded bizarre so I called back about 15 minutes later. New agent says it won't be delivered because the florist didn't have some stems for the bouquet! WHAT?! So substitute or inform me so I could make a change!!! They were literally NOT GOING TO DELIVER the flowers and just, OH WELL. They even said, "let's see when we can next deliver this " UH NO. It was absurd. That's literally what I'm paying for and it simply wasn't going to happen and with NO NOTIFICATION. I cancelled. Not using them again. Why would I?
I used Proflowers and Bulldog was the florist they contracted out to. I paid $80 for what I thought was a beautiful bouquet. The recipient received a much smaller, unprofessional looking bouquet. Very misleading. I called to complain my disappointment and they promised a second bouquet but never delivered. I requested a refund and will be reporting both businesses. I could have bought and arranged a better bouquet from a grocery store. I will not be using Bulldog or Proflowers again. Shame on these horrible businesses.
My husband ordered me flowers from here to be delivered to my work yesterday, he had the correct address and business and everything. He texted me later that day saying did you get the flowers? I was like, what flowers? He was upset. Later that night they said they delivered them in front of a different business in the same parking lot. He went to check and of course they were not there. They said they would refund 8 dollars, and deliver them to our house today. My husband got a delivery email and still nothing. They finally said they’ll give him a refund but we’ll see if thats even true. We feel scammed. He said he will never use this company again. Do yourself a favor and just call a local florist. I don’t think the delivery truck even made it to the neighborhood.
Do not use this company. The flowers I ordered were never delivered on the day required. Every time I contact them they assured me they were out for delivery, but they never showed up. This is not an honest company!!
Paid nearly $70 for a bouquet that supposed to be delivered yesterday. No tracking information was provided so I reached out to customer service in the chat. The person blamed UPS for the delay but when he shared a tracking number it showed that UPS was not in possession of the order. Blamed UPS when it wasn't their fault. Only told it would be delivered "ASAP". Why would anyone pay this much money only to have the flowers not be delivered? This company is BS.
I would give a zero if possible. The flowers were nothing like i ordered and really ruined my daughter's birthday gift. I will never order again. So far, customer service is a joke offering me only a 30 percent refund.
Awful!! I used them instead of a local florist because of the inclimate weather and local businesses shut down. The flowers, which I paid over $100 for, arrived 3 days late, brown and wilted. I had actually contacted them before the delivery hoping to be proactive and was told another arrangement would be shipped. Surprise ! No fresh arrangement, no effort to make their product right. I was embarrassed to send someone dear something that looked so bad. Their resolution - I get a whopping $23 refund. Unbelievable this is their best customer service. **Update - I returned the call to customer service and their replacement can't be shipped until the 17th - 12 days from now?! Sad. An order put on on January 30th can not be remediated until the 17th of February for a birthday that was February 1st. I wonder if I were to call and place a new order and shoved out more money if I would have to wait 12 days for shipment or if the flowers would even be fresh.
The service uses UPS for delivery, and my order did not arrive as promised. When the flowers finally came, they were left outside in freezing temperatures, and the recipient was not informed. I paid extra for a specific delivery date. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not order from this service again!

I was charged $250 for a funeral arrangement that was not delivered on time. They even suggested sending it to my deceased father later. The arrangement I saw later at the cemetery was nothing like the photo, both in color and size. My family used another service and their arrangements were stunning. This service overcharges and delivers low-quality flowers. Avoid at all costs!
