This treadmill has been great for my daily walks. I’ve been using it mainly for cardio, and it’s proven to be a quiet, reliable machine. The Proform TLS is easy to store when not in use, and I love how simple it is to adjust the incline and speed. The iFit features are a great addition. The only downside I’ve found is that the deck feels a little small since I'm 6ft+. But for someone like me who prefers walking over running, it’s perfect.
