Bought two machines, a hiit trainer and a rower. The rower had a screen fault which I was quickly sent a replacement for. The hiit trainer made strange noises and turns out had a damaged bearing inside, it took over 6 months and multiple visits from the technicians to fix it and it subsequently developed another fault, and the screen/console fan was burnt out within an hour of use.While I will say customer service here in Spain have been excellent, and Ifit as a product is great, I will never buy another proform training machine.
