If I could I would give this company zeroThis was probably one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I bought the treadmill in November 2022 and when it was delivered it made a terrible noise. It took this useless company 6 months and three visits to finally work out that the machine has been welded wrongly in the factory. They didn't have a replacement so the only thing they could offer was to refund, but only if I deconstruct the machine my self and make it as easy as possible for them to pick up. No compensation, apology or even offer to take it down. 8 months, never worked, and possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen.Avoid avoid avoid avoidTrustpilot has replied to this review.
