When writing a review about an insurance claim dispute, it is most effective to remain factual, firm, and focused on the refusal to review evidence. This puts public pressure on the company to address the "Special Investigations" side of your claim.

Review Title: Progressive ignoring 3 years of evidence regarding staged accident and fraud
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
I am extremely disappointed with Progressive’s handling of my recent claim. I am being held 50% liable for an incident that was clearly a staged accident and the result of three years of documented harassment by a neighbor.
Despite having a mountain of evidence, Progressive is taking the "easy way out" rather than defending their policyholder. My evidence includes:
3 years of emails with the Parking Department regarding this individual’s illegal activity.
Police records showing a long-term pattern of harassment.
Video footage clearly showing the claimant lying to the police and aggressively maneuvering her vehicle to block my driveway and trap me.
I was acting out of fear for my safety and the safety of my child while being harassed. Progressive is ignoring the fact that this was a premeditated plot (insurance fraud) and is instead treating it as a standard "at-fault" accident. By forcing a 50/50 settlement, they are essentially rewarding someone for predatory behavior and fraud.
I have requested that this be moved to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), yet the adjusters continue to ignore the video proof that contradicts the claimant's statement. I expected much better protection and investigation from a company of this size.
