Very disappointed with Progressive. My policy was approved and then canceled just 10 days later. They blamed my bank, which was not true. Shortly after, they offered a new policy 15% higher and labeled me “not reliable.” No transparency, no clear explanation, and very poor customer service. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. I do not recommend them.
