The customer service is kind and courteous until you file a claim. Instead of assisting in processing the claim, I was told that they were trying to prove my daughter, who was driving at the time of the accident, was living with me. This child is 33 years old and has not lived with me in 7 years. In the mean time my vehicle was reported to the state as abandoned and the storage for my vehicle was adding up; I have missed a dental appointment for a broken tooth, because a rental can't be obtained until they Progressive makes a decision. I don't live near public transportation, so a vehicle is a neccesity. Very disappointed...
