Applied for business general liability insurance. Progressive went trough Liberty Mutual. They declined my application. Their reason was because our product is "imported directly from overseas." They were unable to explain why they only support U.S.-sourced products. I was confused by the lack of explanation and shocked about their unwillingness to support U.S. companies that import products --13% of all U.S. goods are imported.They had also declined the application nearly two weeks ago but failed to notify me. Very poor experience. Will be giving my money to another insurance company and consider dropping Progressive in totality.
