Service Quality Has Declined

Service quality has declined significantly. The same person handles both sales and service, and despite having ordered multiple times without issues before, the current experience has been disappointing. There were problems with three items, including one damaged piece out of fifteen, and replacements are delayed, leaving our customer waiting. The sales process was difficult, and support is lacking. This is not the same company it used to be. I was informed by a representative that a manager is available, but unreachable by phone.
