I haven't felt the need to write a review in a long time, but this situation certainly warrants it. The customer service was very frustrating. I ordered four roller shade motors, and three of them were defective. I had to figure out the problems on my own since their 'Engineer' seemed unaware of the product. Ultimately, there was no fix for the connectivity issues. I returned all four motors but only got a refund for three. It doesn't make sense to keep just one when they were intended to work together. The website looks nice and professional, but be cautious about the quality of the products, as well as the support and service.

Service quality has declined significantly. The same person handles both sales and service, and despite having ordered multiple times without issues before, the current experience has been disappointing. There were problems with three items, including one damaged piece out of fifteen, and replacements are delayed, leaving our customer waiting. The sales process was difficult, and support is lacking. This is not the same company it used to be. I was informed by a representative that a manager is available, but unreachable by phone.
I strongly advise against this seller! Although I received the parts quickly, they were incomplete. Critical components were missing. I attempted to assemble the desk using the manual, which was poorly designed, and resorted to online videos for assistance. After reaching out via email on a Saturday, I received no response until I called on Monday. They requested all the details again, which I had already provided, and confirmed they would check stock for the missing part. The lack of an inventory system meant I had to wait for an email response. I had to follow up multiple times, and despite their assurance, they could not expedite shipping. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating, and I would advise others to consider alternatives.
Not only did they charge me for an order without shipping it, but when I attempted to cancel, they promised to confirm via email and refund my money within 1 to 5 days. Instead, I received an email stating that the product had shipped, but the tracking number led nowhere! This is misleading! I urge caution when dealing with this seller.
