I strongly advise against this seller! Although I received the parts quickly, they were incomplete. Critical components were missing. I attempted to assemble the desk using the manual, which was poorly designed, and resorted to online videos for assistance. After reaching out via email on a Saturday, I received no response until I called on Monday. They requested all the details again, which I had already provided, and confirmed they would check stock for the missing part. The lack of an inventory system meant I had to wait for an email response. I had to follow up multiple times, and despite their assurance, they could not expedite shipping. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating, and I would advise others to consider alternatives.
