I am highly frustrated with this seller. I ordered a control box after viewing a video on how to connect it to multiple linear actuators, but what I received was not as described. Customer service has been unhelpful, insisting that the control box is only compatible with one actuator, despite the video's clear instructions. While the products may be good quality, the hassle and poor customer service make me hesitant to use them again.
