I waited two weeks for a jersey I ordered as a gift. Upon contacting support, I was told there were shipping issues and it would arrive in five days. Another two weeks passed, and I was informed it was a matter for the head office. Two days later, I received a refund notification from my bank. I received no communication from customer service.
